Three pair of eyes stared at him, in uncomfortable silence.

Finally, the quadroon elven woman broke the silence.

"Wow. That... that really was something."

"What? It was just a joke!" the Kanov man quickly said.

"I mean... you were able to shock the three of us with that. And I'm not easily shocked. I grew in a brothel after all."

"It was just a joke!" he repeated.

"You as well left without a word a werewolf and a ogre. Just let that sink in you!!"

"Bah! I'm sure Virda it's silent because she's still trying to figure it out!"

"Uh... actually, I really think that joke was beyond any limit..." slowly said the half-troll.

"I'm not going to apologize for a joke!!" the Kanov, Barka Ateir, barked. "It's just a joke!! We always joked like that with my comrades!!"

"Really?"

"Oh, shut up!" growled the Kanov. "That's what I get, for adventuring with ladies"

"I'm not a Lady!!" protested the werewolf, Aliri White Fang.

Barka Ateir is a experienced Kanov warrior, a former Dark Legionnaire who fought in the -catastrophic- Campaign of Sargos of the 2440 a.a.H.. He was as well a grifter and an opportunist.

Aliri White Fang is purely a fighter, very skilled for one-on-one fights, and her abilities with that dagger of hers were without any question. But small -a runt!- for a werewolf, she's as well cocky and sure of herself, to the point of being reckless.

Virda, a half-Orc, half-Troll, cheery and chatty who seemingly was oblivious to risk.  Sure, she can crush a skull like no other, but it doesn't take much to distract her - and she have the subtility of a horde of rampaging oxen!-
