In the year 2027, mankind has made great strides in technology, this is in part to the massive super corporation known simply as Pricom. Starting off dealing in weapons manufacturing, Pricom has since moved into a wide variety of other industries, from advanced technological hardware, to even soft drinks. Pricom has a hand in not only most of the world's major industries, but also influencing a number of the world's governments. Pricom also has the odd distinction for hiring predominantly young women, and often dressing them up in ridiculous outfits for their uniform.  Because Pricom glamorizes their guards, they often have a steady stream of girls looking to sign up, but as well have conscripts. The recruitment process involves the girls being evaluated based on their looks to see if they meet Pricom's standards, if they pass, they are required to sign a contract (Which basically makes the girl property of Pricom, most girls never bother reading through the 50+ page form they are required to sign).  Afterwards they are placed on standby until a Pricom manager requests more guards.

When a guards are placed with a manager they are then given their uniform and role, and then they are officially a proper guard. Guard uniforms vary from manager to manager, though most use the standard "minimalist" style, since its the cheapest to produce, many managers use variations of the basic uniform. Guards have no say in the matter of what they are forced to wear, and refusing to wear the specified uniform goes their contract, allowing the manager to punish them in any way they deem fit.

But despite the hardships and humiliation most stick with Pricom, either because of the high pay, or just simple forced conscription. Conscripts on the other hand are woman who fell into debt to Pricom, and as a result were forced into being guards. -For example, school debts in Pricom-owned Schools- They go through the same processing as regular henchgirls.
