A Composite of WK.CORP. This model of Composite it's wearing a ZTP-Suit, with variable digital cammouflage nicknamed "chamaleon", used for stealth and infiltration tactics.
Sometimes as well, when deployed in public areas, Composites where deployed with clothes or ZTP suits, for propaganda and public relations, as was perceived less alien than the synthetic flesh and skin of these creations.
The Composites.
The Composite, or Compos, Synthetic, Synth, abomination or Nightmares was a further development made by the WK.CORP: A further development according to them, of both the last advances of technology and clonation:
Due the limitations on artificial, robotic brains that had meet the developers in previous robots series, the Composite was a said to be a solution to this:
Using the technology, the WK.CORP scientists chemically created in their labs human brains, and they raised in the laboratories flesh, flesh that grew over an artificial skeleton. Living flesh, that never was alive to begin with:
A Bio-weapon, with a human brain, with human flesh, that run with human blood, but had a sytnthetical body.
The developers didn’t went for an human apparience: the Composite was made by human parts, but wasn’t meant to be human. With chips in it’s brain, the Composites become the ultimate killing machine, with abilities superior to the ones of the humans, more resistant to damage than any artificial human, and without any of the emotions or thoughts that have give problems in the case of clones, like a robot.
But unlike the robots, the Composites where far superior, and far more intelligent, learning and adapting in the battlefield.
They where powered in diverse ways: with batteries or electricity, being compatible with the robots of the WK Serie, or with human blood and nutrients, injected to the system of the composites.
The composites where thought to be a weapon: a thinking weapon. But unlike the military albertonian and dreselandeses artificial human/clones, who where thinking weapons, but who eventually questioned the commands, a Composite knew no fear, no remorse, no regret.
Many times, the terrible composites –that came in many variants-, where described as a nightmare fuel.
If at least they could only be considered as weapons, as robots and androids existed before. But what worried the minds of many was, that due one reason or other the chips that conditioned the brain functions of the Composite stopped working, often these Composites proceeded to self-termination. Not as a safe-guard done by WK-CORP, but as their own will.
That’s why other of the names given to the Composites, was of the Suffering Ones.
