The rescue party

"Well, the good point" thinked Dahlie, with the crossbow ready in her hands "Is that I was right in everything... well, maybe not about the amazon... she was much easier to track down, and she didn't did a makeshift weapon or anything... but she find reinforces before I could get her. Dammit" and she didn't needed to understood what the amazons were speaking there, to know it wasn't good for her and the other two annoying, non-profesional mercenaries she had the bad luck to be with...

It was only other patrol, but in the forest, she already have feel that there are others close... searching for the amazon prisioners and their drow captors...

She calculated for a moment for the possibility to shot her crossbow, and kill the escaped prisioner or the amazon who look like an officer... but even if she do it stealthy enough, the crossbow wasn't fast enough to reload and take care of the other amazons, and she doubted she can take three or four amazons... maybe, unless they shout and other patrol come to them...
