The warriors laughed as they marched back to their farms. Kanovs of the Konolardos, they had defeated a marauding band of the demon that had taken seat deep in the forest of Entartea.

The enemy, numerous, was compossed of these new demon servers their eastern cousins had warned them about, the ozcuras. The battle was short and violent, and the enemy forces wavered in front of their shield wall, before breaking appart and retreating. Nobody thought about pursuit: unarmored, the light footed ozcuras could easily outrun them, and they didn't thought it was worthy to hunt down the defeated enemy.

Some men had took a couple of prisoners, who seemed to meekly accept their fate, and they laughed about having been gifted by the demons of some bed-warmers for the winter.

"I had already one of them home." said Ojurgeim, boasting. "Caught her snopping near the farm... and I tell you, these little grey skins are indeed some hungry creatures!"

"Much better than fighting werewolves, I tell you. I hate fighting werewolves" other Kanov said

the laughs of the Eastern Konolardos continued... until they arrived to their lands, and saw the columns of smoke rising. Now stern, they hurried up, finding that many of the dispersed farms had been attacked, burned down.

With horror, some found the mangled bodies of their wives, children and elderly parents, not far from the burned farms... and all of this was resent. They hurried up, to see the destiny of their other settlements.

"Ojurgeim, your farm's next" the Great Kanov said to one of his warriors.

"There isn't a smoke column there..." Ojurgeim said.

The warriors hurried up, crossing the hill, and having in front of them the small lake and the farm: this one was intact. And they saw, a Kanov woman looking at them, with two ozcuras in front of them.

The men ran down, and as they approached, the woman chopped down the heads of the grey orcs with her axe. She then picked up their heads. Stained in blood, she rised, looking with defiant eyes her husband Ojurgeim and their leader, their Great Kanov.

"Sup, suckers" she said.

"What happened?!" asked her husband.

"...What you think it happened, idiot?!! A damned Tea Party?!!

I tell you what happened!! You guys owe me a new Dress!! and a f*cking armor, that's it!!"

"A new dress?" said a bit confused the Great Kanov.

"I'm not wearing that blood stained rag anymore, fella'" she said. "And if you guys are going to frolick around the flowery fields, you could leave some armors to the people who actually will need them!"

"... Can you make your wife give us a straight answer?!!" the Great Kanov demanded to Ojurgeim. He raised his shoulders. He knew very well who ruled the house.

"I tell you what happened." the woman said, spitting to the floor. "You guys didn't pursuited an enemy you thought to have defeated, and they got time to reform their ranks." she threw at the foot of the Great Kanov the head of an Ozcura warrior. "And they marched over there, before you even lifted your camp. They f*cking caught most of the farms by surprise."

She threw then the second head at the feet of her husband. Ojurgeim recogniced the Ozcura he had captured snopping near his farm, and that he had made into a rather complying servant.

"We were prepared thought. That little wench dissapeared, as she was clearly one of their scouts!! But we noticed she was gone, and we saw the smoke of the outer farms, so we were able to call some neighbors and fortify the farm. We made a stand here for long enough for your lazy asses to arrive there, making the grey skins run away."

The kanov warriors stared at the defended farm, with some of their wives and children standing in front of the corpses of the raiders of Entartea.

"... what are you guys waiting?!!" the woman said annoyed.

"...what?!!"

"You left already once them escape, and they came over here to burn the farms!! Go after them!!" she growled. "And take the damned lesson! Hunt them all down!" she pointed then with her axe some of the ozcuras the men had captured and joked about having some bed-warmers. "And no prisoners. They don't take them, and neither we should"

A scene during the Kanovhook Warsknown as well as the Kanov-demon wars or the war of Polforia, was a series of armed conflicts in Aels between the demons of the Dark Legion and the Kanov tribes and kingdoms ofPolforia, that will last between the 1.711 to the 1.869 after the apparition of humanity (a.a.H), ending with the demon victory.

In the Campaign of Entartea, as the Konolardos and Rumnelios kanovs were dedicated to fight a war between themselves, the dark legion made an alliance with Rumnelia against the konolardian tribes, which served as an excuse to invade the territory of the Konolardos in Entartea.

However, the demons were defeated at the 1768 in the battle of the Fields of Entartea, forcing the dark legion commander to fortify, raising a fortress in Entartea, a fortress that was sieged by the Konolardos at the 1778 -after the peace they made with the Rumnelios-, but they failed.
The demons were defeated against in the Battle of the Fields of Hilán at the 1792 a.a.H, so their Entartean fortress was besieged again until the 1796, when the Demons were able to repel the konolardian invading force.

As result of the war, Entartea became a demonic dominion. During this war, the ozcuras were created by the demons of the dark legion, and used for first time in war.

As a single example of what I'm saying -and from where inspiration came for this pic came- : Troll warrior

I imagine she would do the same thing if anyone hurt one of her children.
