Hunting Werewolves

The door slammed violently, as the towns people gathered and slammed it with axes and other farm tools.

The two girls, dressed as peasant women of souther Alaile, looked worried to the door, but it still resisted the attacks of the angry villagers...

"We are doomed! Doomed!!"

"This is all your fault!" said one to the other, as she began ripping her clothes appard. "Let's eat some humans! They are so many, no one will find out some are missing! I don't know what I was thinking to follow you!"

"We are doomed!" said the other scarred.

"Shut up and undress!" she said. As she looked worringly to the door that keept them away from the humans, she continued to rip appart her clothes. "If we transform to wolves, we can try to jump from the window of the second floor and make a run to the mountains! Back to the pack we should have never left! But NOOOOoooo.  The LADY didn't wanted to be a queen among wolves. She wanted to be a werewolf, and hunt humans. THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT." She turned then again to her friend...

who was now a wolf, struggling against her clothes.

"Idiot!" she yelled. "Take off the clothes first! Take off them first before transforming!!" she then jumped over the wolf who rolled on the room, trying to free her of the clothes. "If we don't get skinned now and our furs end nailed in the twonshall, I'm so killing you! SO KILLING YOU!!"

After the Third War of the Power and the Cataclysm, the great Demon Lords vanquished... However, this wasn't the case with many of the smaller demons.

With their masters gone and so their kingdoms, the lesser demons followed different paths. Some tried to found new kingdoms and continue the war against humanity, but such attempts will be short lived. Most decided to retreat to the wilderness, and love in exile or hidding, afraid of the rising power of humans. Others, meanwhile, come to live among humans, in hiding, and in some comunities, openly.

However, not all demons did so.

Seevral werewolf clans -specially the ones who where closer with the Dark Legion, rather than the free packs-, while they hidded in the wilderness, joining in their wolf form the wolf packs, or hidding with person form among humans, or doing in the distant mountains comunity, soon began again to prey on their old enemies: the humans.

Not all werewolves did so, but the werewolf attacks, specially in southern Aläile and western Aels, will begin in the 2800's to the 2900's the Werewolf Witch trials and the Hunt of the Werewolves. Thought more than a hunt, this often become a war, as some of the larger packs tried direct military confrontation.

This will mean the persecution and almost extinction of werewolves in the south, forcing them to replegate to the Highlands:

There, in the 3000's, the surviving werewolf packs will make an alliance under the banner of the White Fang, and will begin the Werewolf War -3076-3084-, a low intensity conflict that ended with the victory of humanity and of Degoland: However, instead of killing all the werewolves, the White Fang werewolf confederation was able to achieve a truce with the humans, which accepted the werewolves and granted them their lands in the highlands, with the compromisse of the end along the werewolves of the human (and other peoples) hunting and eating practices.

Done for for participating on the contest of #World-of-Aiers . Both entries dedicated to werewolves, I wanted to tell a bit of the story of werewoves in this gift for him: Two werewolf ladies in 2881, who had the bad idea to try to taste human flesh and blood. Often that bring consecuences! D:
