This is the aftermath of an ambush made by NÛC (Anuchian armed forces) against a retreating Münzen Column:

The Münzen-Anuchian war began with an unilateral Münzen offensive without declaration of war, to control the Valley of Snowboard:

However, the Military Government of Münzen wasn't know for being specially competent, and the generals in charge where so only due political reasons, and they leaded an obsolete army bassed in forced conscripts poorly equiped and worse comanded against a enemy with a higher moral, better command, armament and training:

Lacking in armored and air support, and short of munitions, soon the Münzen offensive turned in a catasthropic retrat, and many times the Anuchian pursuing forces advanced more quick than the retreating Münzen, and used ambushes to annihilate the Münzen army.
