This is an orc king of a Kaiehm Orc pit, Wurdarr the Manslayer.

Normally, the Kaiehm orcs, like the Galaw and Vanolosé, will make their chieftains into kings, existing a concept of an hereditary power: often, the orc king will be the strongest orc, but as well the more cunning and inteligent one, and in difference to the more tribal Antorian orcs, rather than derrocating a kaiehm orc king in a duel, the politically correct way is by assessination, poisoning, hunting accidents and bloody coup d'etats.
